Michael's humor is keeping it going, but I fear they've taken a wrong turn here.

Last week I voiced some frustration that the show was shifting away from what made The Good Place such a great show. This week they righted the ship so well, kind of like how Arrow righted there season on Monday. This episode was classic good place, and I loved every second of it. They righted the ship by having nearly the entire episode take place in Michael's neighborhood. That's the key takeaway here.
