I wouldn't read too much into that pic. Some guys can grow a beard in like a day and a half.

Assuming Spock has a beard... If Spock is lost somewhere, I don't think he brought his razor with him.
I thought it was stupid in TSFS when, on Genesis, Spock was always clean-shaven and had his normal haircut. That's what doesn't make sense.

Yes, after Spock was supposedly found in a coma after being lost for weeks. I'm sure that he will shave it right off once he is medically cleared.
