Currently, which means it can change, out of all the Trek series only TNG, ENT and TOS are interesting.
I've lost interest in DS9 and VOY for different reasons... and DIS is something that Finnish television hasn't even shown yet.
TNG, the best series ever.
ENT, season 3 is aweome and it has been a long time since I watched the show so rewatching ENT should be quite interesting, when the time comes.
TOS, I've been watching few episodes of TOS lately because my sister is going through TOS for the first time, it's interesting to hear what she has to say about the show.

DS9 - Recently became my number one since I just fully completed the series. I love Sisko. All the characters are in-depth and well written, even the ones I don’t like (I won’t make the mistake of getting into that again...) and the Dominion War was really interesting to see play out. DS9 has the best relationships and character arcs of any series. Also, best minor characters.
TNG - Most fun to watch over and over again. I never get tired of it. Data <3
TOS - First series I watched and it will always hold a special place in my heart.
VOY - Good show. I like Janeway, I wish they went a little deeper with her past and why she is the way that she is. Probably not my overall favorite characters (not crazy about Kes or Torres) but for the most part they’re all interesting and the episode plots are pretty good. (still finishing the series)
ENT - I like most of the characters with the exception of T’Pol, I felt they just threw her in the mix for the sake of ratings, kind of like what they did with Seven, but not as well written. I didn’t finish the series yet, maybe I’ll grow to like her. I actually think Archer is pretty endearing. I like how his attitude seems more like a pilot and not as much like a galactic starship captain, he’s more relatable and it was nice to see a captain that wasn’t so uptight.
I didn’t watch the animated series yet. But I like all the series. Ranking is difficult.

I suppose something along these lines, although you could easily switch the first three spots around. And they in fact were over the years. DS9 used to be higher, TOS much lower than that. I probably also placed TNG slightly lower, and maybe ENT slightly higher at one point. In part that stemmed from the fact that I used to have a bit of obsession with serialized and "gritty" TV shows ten years ago or so. While I still appreciate these aspects, they aren't as important to me as they once were (perhaps I would also have ranked DIS higher here if they still were?). I also considered TOS to be corny and silly once, but the show grew on me over repeated viewings. I still consider ENT to be somewhat of a guilty pleasure of mine. While I acknowledge its flaws, I enjoy watching it. VOY is the one show that remained surprisingly constant for me over the past 20 years, that position seems to be pretty much locked.

My favourite TV show of all time. I adore it. I've already written a lot on why I love it (see sig) so much. The main cast, the guest stars, the ship, the station and over-arching plot and the way it manages to be darker but still faithful to Trek's positive core is just wonderful.
2. TNG
Brilliant. So watchable. Fun. Positive. Trek done right.
3. VOY
Criminally underrated show. Mulgrew, Dawson, Picardo & Ryan are all excellent in it. On its day I may actually love Voyager most but its inconsistency lowers it.
4. ENT
Poorly thought out, poorly executed. 2 seasons of...nothing. Then, 2 seasons that were brilliant (and most fans had tuned out and the network was sharpening the axe). ENT, once it found its feet, was a great show. I loved the ship, the atmosphere, the uniforms, the tone...sadly it took too long to get going. I'm still salty we never got a 5th season to properly wrap it up and say goodbye.

Great show. Adventure, fun and the start of something iconic. Sadly, in the 3 seasons, way too many episodes are duds and there only seems to be a handful of actual plots repeated over and over (super powered being, shuttle crashes etc). I think TOS truly came into its own in the movies where it destroyed TNG. In every other way though, TOS is just inferior. I still love it.

I still haven't finished the first season. I am unconvinced. It may be the first Trek I don't love.
