i know right? i mean i was already excited about the vulcan corvette (and excited that it's called vulcan corvette), but i had no interest in the europa until now.

and the one i've been down for the most, the kerala is looking pretty meh.

Excited to see the Europa, as said above we've gotten better looks at these ships via the models than the show. I'm not asking for TMP style long shots of the ships but I'd like to see something ! I feel most of the ship visuals they've given us in Discovery are blink and you'll miss them type shots. Anybody have the skills to redo the Battle of the Binary Stars with the models once we have them all ?

I so badly want them to do the Newton from Trek 09. Or maybe the Hermes from axanar lol. The lack of TOS/JJverss “fleet” ships in my collection really bothers me.

So here is most of my collection as it stands right now, I have a fair few in storage and still haven't gotten around to getting Titan or Avantine, nor do I have the XL-Enterprise-E or the Beyond E or the two Disco ships thus far.

One of the ships seen for a tenth of a second during the Enterprise-A construction sequence at the end of Beyond. I tweeted Trekcore about it, it was designed by and named for the guy behind that sequence.

One of the chaps on the Facebook group just posted this, it's mainly UK centric, but I thought those who aren't members of that group would be interested:

Q: When will we see Issues 131-140?
A: You'll see half of that soon, maybe 130-134 in the next couple of weeks.
Q: Will that update be a regular item? (On herocollector.com)
A: Yes, we've just got a new comms team though only just so they're still coming up to speed with things, but you can expect to get regular updates going forward.
Q: Will the UK Get the 12, window boxed "best of" ships?
A: No....the answer is actually really complex, but those were intended for US retailers to get them on shelves. Maybe in the future but we can't say for sure.
Q: Is the webshop from Canada ever going to happen?
A: LOL. (But seriously), I don't know the answer, they're maybe trying to get shipping from the US but import fees are just too high to commit to that as things are. They're trying to get something in place though.
Q: Any word on the Kelvin timeline ships in the regular scale?
A: We're looking at it...we're trying to source the files and figure out how to make it work.
Q: Do you know what the 3rd Oversized ship for the Discovery line will be?
A: Yes but I can't tell you.
Q: Any thoughts on doing more Plaques?
A: Yes....there are thoughts....but the plaques are a bit more difficult than they appear to be. We might do a few more, but to be honest we're a bit overstretched at the minute so they might be more a 2019 thing.
Q: Are you doing to do rebranded constitution class ships?
A: I don't think so. If we ever did something like that they're probably going to be convention or webshop one offs and not part of the subscription.
Q: Are TAS ships officially off the table?
A: No...I don't know what Ben said? They didn't do well in the survey but that doesn't mean we'll never do them. They're just not on the top of the list.
Q: Is the Enterprise model that comes with the Shipyards book the regular issue 50?
A: (kind of ignoring the question, that might be my bad) Umm, you're probably going to see more things like that where we bundle in ships with book releases and stuff at retail (I assume this means yes, its the regular issue 50 Enterprise).
Q: Will the sub gift ISS Shenzhou come with a magasine?
A: I don't know, I honestly don't know. I don't really deal with the magazines.
Q: If the collection carries on past 160 issues, do you think you'll change up the running order doing alien/alien ships back to back to make up for the lack of Fed ships left?
A: I don't know, thats more of a Ben question. I don't decide the running order.
Q: Is the next special after the Klingon Battlecruiser Spacedock?
A: No....but it's the one after....It's coming guys! It's coming! But we have one more after the Klingon which is going to be announced soon....then Spacedock.
Q: Will we able to manage our Discovery subscriptions on the manage your subscriptions page?
A: I don't know. I don't deal with that.
Q: When will the bust collection start?
A: Bust collection will be...October-ISH I believe? It'll just be one a month and it will just be online only similar to what we've done with some other small lines recently. I don't think there'll be a subscription offered at least not in the UK.
Q: Will we get webstore accounts eventually?
A: We're working on it. There's going to be some real exciting fun stuff for the UK webshop soon...maybe the next month. We're just trying to nail it all down. Order tracking is on its way guys, it's happening.gif.
Q: And the last question I can see is....do you know what size the Discovery Enterprise is going to be? Regular Disco size, XL?
A: Uhhhhhhhh................whose to say its can't be lots of sizes? I don't know. We're working on it right now at a certain size, but I don't think that means we'll never be able to do it at another size.
Q: I think thats it....except for people asking for the Dominion Battleship repeated.
A: I know I know, but as long as people keep buying them we'll keep making them so we'll get to them eventually....I know people want the Narada and Scimitar....Sometimes things are harder than they might appear. We might get them but I don't think so. The Narada is pretty much off the table, but the Scimitar....the Scimitar is very difficult due to the whole file situation.

Glad to hear there is a plan for the 3rd oversized.
My guess is either Cleave ship or the Baron’s yacht, but I’d love if it was a Starfleet design instead.

I've been going into my local store each week, hoping that they'd have the Bozeman, but each week the guy says it didn't come in (even those they got the Xhosa, which is one issue later). I finally got impatient and ordered it from another store, but I wanted to support my local store, so I went in and bought the Xhosa.

It's not a very exciting ship and the bottom is particularly bland, but other than that, I think they did a good job.
