That project is probably too obscure, and because it is concept art for a non-contracted product (unlike Planet of the Titans, which was company-backed). Plus, the design was not finalized.I wonder if there's anyway they'll make the Enterprise from the aborted Final Frontier web series?
Oh, good one. I want the Enterprise from the Academy years movie.I wonder if there's anyway they'll make the Enterprise from the aborted Final Frontier web series?
Is it any less obscure than a ship from a calendar? But perhaps I’m just salty we’re not getting a proper TAS version...That project is probably too obscure, and because it is concept art for a non-contracted product (unlike Planet of the Titans, which was company-backed). In this case, yes. The calendar is a published, fully licensed product. Is it any less obscure than a ship from a calendar? But perhaps I’m just salty we’re not getting a proper TAS version...
HA! Yeah I actually moved a few books into that spot just for the image and it wasn't until I was totally done that I realized they were all out of order.Very nice work!
Although, it sets off my OCD that those Star Trek Logs aren’t in numerical order, lol
While I think it's neat their doing more obscure ships from concept art and what not it feels like their scraping the bottom of the barrel sometimes. I wonder how feasible it is for eaglemoss to strike a deal with cryptic and produce some of the more fan favorite sto ships like the avenger class battlecruiser.
The collection is supposed to be quirky fun, not an obligation.
I was just wondering what peoples opinion of the Eaglemoss model is?
Your argument makes sense. What I would focus on - don’t collect a Collection. Cut the sub and pick stuff you like. And when the little one’s interest wanes further, sale some of the stuff on eBay or Amazon. The collection is supposed to be quirky fun, not an obligation.
