after some deliberation (stewing), i sent them an email asking them to cancel my subscription.I've not experienced that particular issue - seems to be new - but my other negative experiences are well-documented.I just thank my lucky stars that sometimes they do manage to get things right, but it does appear to be hit-or-miss most of the time.
i was happy ordering and pre-ordering through the store, it was a more straightforward process, i'll do the same with discovery. i'm also fairly certain i don't want that janky bird-of-prey and was planning to cancel when the collection got to the klingon ships anyway. hell i might even receive my issues on time if i'm not a subscriber.
