What games are you playing currently?

Mafia 3, purchased only for the music, the map, and the fact that it was on sale. I know the gameplay is highly repetitive, so I doubt I'll play it through. I just wanted to explore a recreated New Orleans and scream through the streets to the sounds of Creedence.

Oh it's repetitive alright..... I'm wanting to finish it but can't sit through more then a mission or two at a time. Scenery is lovely though. Mowing down pedestrians, yeah I know it's bad but it's fun.......

It's almost not boring. The music is the only highlight.

I only bought it because Steam had it on sale -- $15. Mafia is one of my favorite games, ever, and Mafia 2 prompted me to do a major upgrade just to play it -- it was the first time I ever tried DLC, in Joe's Adventures. The series seems to have peaked, though. :(

But Mafia 3 doesn't feel like a mafia game. 1 and 2 are fine though.

Those are pricey, but I've kinda wanted to try them. Do you need to start at 1 or what?

For me, I just finished the DLC for Zelda Breath of the Wild on Switch, after 255 hours into it and I'm still struggling to get through Assassin's Creed Revelations on PS3 (because it's so boring if you play in order), with a lot of better games for it I'd rather get to instead. But I'm a one-at-a-time kind of person, so yeah...

I just got Bayonetta 1 and 2 for Switch, and despite just finishing that on PS3, the Switch version is so much better and fluent, I've found myself playing through it AGAIN just because I can feel my skill just sinking in, despite sucking so hard for the longest time.

Each mafia game is a whole separate story. my first game was 2 then I got 1 and did that but if you are a perfectionist then starting from 1 is the way to go, and yes the two previous games are expensive if you can still find them which boggles the mind you'd think they'd be cheaper.

The very first game is on GOG $14 aussie dollars not sure what that translates to in US dollars.

Sonic Generations -- Played a couple of levels tonight. Finally was able to get a copy that works! The first one I had (a disc one) had disc rot. Went digital this time out.

Life is Strange -- Love this one so much. Found some nice little Easter Eggs in it! :)

I'd rather download them for free first just to see if I'd even like them vs paying that kind of a money on just a hunch. I've gotten burned with a lot of games by assuming I'd like them first.

I think I'm closing in on the end of Horizon: Zero Dawn, and I'm trying to decide what my next game should be. I've been thinking about a Telltale game, and I'm mainly torn between Guardians of the Galaxy, Batman, or Back to The Future. Anybody here played any of them? If you did, what did you think?

Since it was one of the free Games with Gold, I played and finished Trials of the Blood Dragon.
I've also started playing the first episode of Life is Strange.

I looked online, and I guess I'm about half way through Assassin's Creed Origins. I've completed 60 missions total, and right now I'm working on getting all the viewpoints and defogging the whole map. I would also say I'm at level 32.

I got Assassin's Creed Black Flag for free when Ubi was giving that away and haven't started it yet.... Haven't even downloaded it. Is it as bad as people seem to think?

I really enjoyed Batman S1. Guardians S1 was pretty good as well. I didn't care much for BttF.

I really enjoyed Black Flag. It was a huge improvement over AC3.

Yeah, Black Flag is considered to be one of the best in the series.

As for BttF, keep in mind that it's the last of Telltale's old style of games before they went with more of a storybook style.
