So What Are you Reading?: Generations

Oryx and Crake by Margaret Atwood
The Man in the High Castle by Philip K. Dick

I started Salem's Lot by Stephen King but I'm not going to finish it. Instead, I am moving on to The Haunting of Hill House by Shirley Jackson

Salem’s Lot was the first Stephen King I read following a recommendation from a work colleague.

Instantly became a fan.

On volume 2 of the 2/22 licensed in English of the Shakugan No Shana light novel series I'm dying to read.

Not going too fast since I can't even finish it, but I guess 2 is still something.

Just finished "Child of Two Worlds". Great book. I am certainly looking forward to more stories that explore the 2250s, especially now that Discovery is set in that time period.

Finished it in two days.

I finished Star Trek: Voyager: Distant Shores: "Letting Go" by Keith R.A. DeCandido.
I'm now reading Grimm: The Killing Time by Tim Waggoner.

That's surprising. I recently read Salem's Lot last month, and although the first half has a lot of build up, the second have is surprisingly full of incident. But the writing is great the whole way through, IMO.

For me it was On Writing, just slightly over a year ago; and now I'm kicking myself that I never got around to trying any of his books. On the other hand, at this point there's a massive back catalogue of books built up that I can tear into.

I've gotten into a Star Wars mood, so I decided to take a break from STTN: Sight Unseen, and The Midnight Front and am reading the digital collection of the SW: Obi-Wan and Anakin comic book miniseries.

I just finished The Midnight Front and New Frontier: Martyr last weekend.
Currently reading Stargazer: Progenitor

I'm a little past the middle of Psalms (in the low 100s; KJV)
And I just finished ADF's Strange Music (see this thread). Best surprise ending I've read in quite a while.
It even involves Flinx meeting a Qwarm assassin who isn't trying to kill him!
