I've been rewatching Star Trek Deep Space Nine; I'm currently in the third season. Despite the boring two parter "The Search" the other episodes has been very entertaining. I finished watching "Equilibrium" Dax, an untrained musician, experiments with a keyboard and suddenly plays a melody she seemed to remember but later discovers a dark secret from it's past.
And "Second Skin" Kira is lead to believe she was an undercover Cardassian secret agent. These episodes explores a lot of facets from these great characters. It's too bad all is ruined in the War seasons.
