These characters just will not stay dead! Someone was saying to me last week when I said they don't die that Landry did! Wrong whoever you wereI wonder if she’s as stupid as the Prime version.
Or maybe she’s the Prime version and the one we saw in the Prime was the Mirror one.
Prime Tyler's body is dead, they used his body to alter Voq's. His mind is technically alive in Voq's brain now.No doubt Prime Tyler will emerge somewhere some time... sigh.
They're interchangeable...Prime Tyler's body is dead, they used his body to alter Voq's. His mind is technically alive in Voq's brain now.
Unless you mean Mirror Tyler?
Burnham decided to work with Emperor Georgiou before she realized who Lorca was.because to Burnham, Georgiou is Georgiou. She trusts her and has no reason to trust Lorca any longer, now that she knows that he used her
Ned's failure was telegraphed, sure, but I think someone paying attention could still be legitimately be surprised by Joffrey's self-defeating egomania in ordering Ned's execution. Crazy is one thing, stupid another.
her other option would have been execution...Burnham decided to work with Emperor Georgiou I before she realized who Lorca was.
Practically the only saving grace from this episode. Finding out that Lorca was MU-native means that, essentially, the most nuanced, best portrayal of this entire series is a one-offer and, unless this has been an enormous headfake-within-a-headfake, Isaacs isn't coming back next season. So, L'Rell killed Voq's personality, so all that's left is Tyler.
For all we know the Empress had Saru brought over from the Shenzhou while they were on board her ship. I got the feeling that it was Saru, and that the Empress was making a point to Burnham by mentioning it. Of course only time will tell. Now that I think about it, it can't have been Mirror Saru who got eaten. He was still safely back on the ISS Shenzhou. He wasn't on the shuttle. Still uggh, though that the poor Kelpian was chosen like a damned lobster.
Another thing I don't get - why did Burnham decide to throw her lot in with Mirror Georgiou against Lorca? Not that we have any reason to think that Lorca is actually a hero in any way, but we have ample knowledge that Georgiou is a nasty piece of work. Wouldn't the smart thing have been for Burnham to keep her confidence at that moment and not blurt it out? The flashbacks would have told the viewers enough.
I'm still not seeing how Starfleet Intelligence and Starfleet Medical allows essentially a Frankenstein's Monster whose had his engrams scrambled to continue to serve on active duty. I am not saying the writers won't do it, just that it stretches credulity a tad much.3rd straight excellent episode in the mirror universe. Are they going to stay there the rest of the season? 3 episodes are left.
The emperor ship kind of reminded me of VGer.
Another theory was true. Disappointed in that, but the way it was revealed was well done. Can't wait to see how they wrap up this storyline.
RIP voq, or is it? I guess that experiment backfired for Lrell. And this is the only way Tyler can stay on the ship
I thought they were going to bring Culber back, but I guess we will only see him in the spore universe, which now is kind of like a holodec.
So you're changing your opinion?her other option would have been execution...
