Seven of Nine was the greatest character on Voyager; in the later seasons she and the Doctor dominated series. Doesn't give much room for growth for other characters who'd been their since the 1st season.

Tie between Seven and B'Elanna. Both are among my favorite fictional characters, period. They're both a great balance of relatable and fantastically badass, both played by amazing actresses and both with well written story arcs over the course of the show (excluding Season 2 for B'Elanna).

I was torn between Tuvok and Janeway, but Janeway wins because Kate Mulgrew. She's one of my favorite actors/persons.

Edit: Not that I would've picked her, but how can a favorite Voyager character poll exist with Seven of Nine?!

I like Mulgrew too. I just watched a couple of short interview docs that Shatner did, interviewing the other captains, and also fielding questions from Mulgrew. I thought she seemed very genuine and quite sharp.

I saw these interviews a while back and really fell in love with her. If you look in the related videos, you'll see she came back to visit Tom Snyder for an interview in 1996, 1997, and 1998. They're like follow up conversations, or watching 2 friends meet up once a year. I watched them all.

Maybe if the Doctor hadn't been so annoying at times and hadn't professed his love for a real person, I'd have picked him.
