My beloved Saints lost to the Rams but it was a pretty good game. Sometimes it seemed as if both teams were competing for penalties. Rams defense was really good, but there were some Saints penalties that truly hurt.

Yeah I watched that dumpster fire. That idiotic fight that took down that one zebra was the beginning of the end and they continue to play musical quarterbacks. First time I think they said that Denver lost seven in a row since 1968 or something like that. Bloody disgraceful. The Raiders and Broncos...Jesus Christ.
Heh...they've been saying the same thing about Kirk Cousins if Dan Snyder continues to disrespect him with yet another attempted franchise tag next year - which will make it, I think, four in a row (maybe three) - either way, unprecedented. If he stays with the Redskins, he's likely to be the highest-paid QB in the League simply because the tag will require it. If he goes, there has been strong speculation (in both cities) that he may jump to Denver.Mike Lupica wondering how long it will be until Eli Manning is seriously hurt because of a weak offensive line. Not sure if this is realistic, but Lupica speculates about trading Manning to the Broncos.
Big meltdowns on WFAN today over the shabby treatment of Eli Manning. The Giants horrible season is almost over so why would TPTB bench him and end his starting streak? Manning has never complained about his O-Line aka Melba Toast, his lack of receivers, or the ends who drop perfectly thrown passes like they were cobras.
I'm very surprised that John Mara went along with this and Wellington Mara must be spinning like a top in his grave.

Denver could use him.
Heh...I'm reminded of Joe Theisman's philosophy on interceptions (to rationalize his own rather checkered career), "If you're not throwing interceptions, you're not throwing touchdowns, either!", or something to that effect. I guess it got him through most of his press conferences back then, at least until LT finished him off.I hear the Texans are rummaging around the high schools and pee wee leagues looking for a QB. Qualifications are losing fumbles and throwing interceptions, TDs are optional.
The Bears have a gently used Glennophant Man that Denver can take.
And behind Denver's offensive line, he won't be gently used for long.
Bob McAdoo is an idiot...
Yeah, that's terrible. Geno Smith? Come on.
Eli has won 2 Super Bowls for this team, and this is how they repay him?
Bob McAdoo is an idiot, as evidenced by his press conference after being beaten by the Rams at home by 5 touchdowns.
