Hey @Refuge, you were wrong. Burnham isn't a Mary Sue. The Discovery is. :p (Lorca gives a speech right before the first commercial break. you'll understand when you see it!)

MIDAIR TRANSPORT FUCK YEAH

This is awesome. It looks like a big win, but it's about to get ugly. It has to.

Something's going to go horrifically wrong with the spore drive. What better way to cliffhang than to Mirror Universe and have the post-break debut be directed by the one, the only Jonathan Frakes?

"Cadet Decker"!

im lovin this but i have to say, again, the cbs app blows. this time its freezin on commercial breaks. its freezing on a still frame, cutting it in hal vertically and squishing it to the top 8th of the screen until i mash buttons.

Oi.

It helps when you watch it a little later, after its all well-uploaded and not being watched by millions. Unfortunately, we early birds have to put up with a lot.

They've been inching towards it all season, but now it's official:. The CBS plot outline for the show that leaked earlier this year is confirmed in this episode. It was just missing the first 9 episodes....

Interesting. Which leaked plot line? The only one I know of is the "multiverse Sareks" thing from Midnight's Edge.

Very well done episode. They are so flirting with the idea that Tyler is Voq it's not funny. You also have to wonder if that twist at the end of the episode is Lorca's fault. Characters were solid, the concepts produced in the episode were solid, I'd say this is one of the best written Discovery episodes yet. Looking forward to January!
