Yes, her performance will very much speak for itself.Oh, well. I think her performance will speak for itself and DS9's legacy is in no danger.
And given her acting history that won't be a good thing.

IDK - Look at the acting disaster that is Marina Sirtis <-- And she lasted 7 seasons, a bunch of one off cameos and 4 films.Yes, her performance will very much speak for itself.

Garrett Wang springs to mind tooIDK - Look at the acting disaster that is Marina Sirtis <-- And she lasted 7 seasons, a bunch of one off cameos and 4 films.![]()
While Sirtis could be a bit stiff at times she was neither as bad as Green has been nor the lead.IDK - Look at the acting disaster that is Marina Sirtis <-- And she lasted 7 seasons, a bunch of one off cameos and 4 films.![]()
IMO - Sirtis was WAY WORSE.While Sirtis could be a bit stiff at times she was neither as bad as Green has been nor the lead.
Which is why I feel insulted when these non-fans tell me that Star Trek was always a "white men only" series, as to them it's the "Kirk, Spock, Khan, and Patrick Stewart Show", instead of actually doing their research. This isn't anything new. Many news articles going back to early 2016 were saying how Discovery has "the first female Captain/lead" or "the first black Captain/lead" because whoever wrote them had barely any knowledge of Trek to begin with; maybe a passing familiarity with some of TOS and some of TNG. DS9/VOY are never in the public mind when it comes to Star Trek.
It's probably why she was about to be fired - and would actually have been (and she's told this story a few times) had Denise Crosby not jumped ship.
ApologiesWong? Wrong. Wang.![]()
