Star Trek: Starships Model/Magazine Subscription

I love what Eaglemoss does but considering about 85% of this thread is about problems with orders I am so glad I did not subscribe.
Got my problem sorted out after calling them. These are nice models but I just don't have the time to be chasing up missing orders or replacing current ones. The fact that people have had problems with broken models and missing ships has put me off them quite a bit and after my own experience and the model not been perfect it has soured me even more. That being said they did sort out my problem but I didn't have time to follow up more on getting a better put together model.Considering that these aren't cheap things a little quality control would go a long way.

I would like to pick up some more ships though. I'm going to be selective about what I order. I'm thinking to go for these alternate Enterprises that were never onscreen. Would be fun to see less hardcore trek fans wonder where they came from.
 
They really need to clear out the chaff at the American office in Pennsylvania. Those people are complete morons and are probably the single-point-of-failure in their system. When the Brits ran the show, things were slow, admittedly, but they got done. Replace who's in there now with competent workers who at least pretend to give a shit, and things will improve, I guarantee it.
 
You can order directly from Eaglemoss at shop.eaglemoss.com, but they don't always have every ship in stock. Usually about half of the ships are in stock.

Whenever there's I ship I want that's out of stock, I can supply my email address. You receive a notification then when it's available again.
 
Is it possible to track orders on Eaglemoss' website? I ordered something this weekend and wanted to get a status update. I can't seem to find anything on their website.

I didn't want to email them because my past experience emailing them hasn't been all that good, emailed them twice and have never received a response from their customer service.

Last time I ordered something through them (the NX-01 refit) they didn't offer that service.
 
Unfortunately I'm not seeing it now. It's 2017, you'd think it's something they offer. I don't remember the last place I ordered online that didn't have it.

Damn the Shenzhou really is a nice-looking ship. I don't care if the Eaves style does seem a little too 24th century for this show, that is a fantastic and very Starfleet-looking design.

They don't have anything. You get an email when it ships ( in the US at least) but that's about it.
 
Yep. I've tried the "we'll email you when it becomes available" feature and I've never gotten a single email from it. It just simply doesn't work. Like @Nate says, they only send emails when something actually gets shipped. Dazzit!
