That's the USS Jupp - it's actually got two nacelles underneath connected by a very short pylon. Click!

Yes, I went and read the EAS article - I love that ship! Looks like a plausible ship compared with some kitbashes.

There's a one-day only offer in the UK shop today for 15% off, just put "GEEK15" into the promo bit.

Sad...none of the previous promo codes work in the US version of the store except "SUMMER", but pre-orders don't count. :(

Been with the collection since the beginning and I just gotta ask...Do you think we'll EVER get the Insurrection Son'a ships? I know there were issues with the meshes, but....

Probably. Not holding my breath on those, as I would much rather prefer some of the more obscure background Federation ships, like what we're finally starting to see.

Got the swarm ship yesterday. It's nice to see it close up as it was near impossible (at least as far as I can remember) to really make them out during the film. I really like it. It's well built and quite heavy although the "pincer" type things are all plastic. Some of the designs on the ship are really nice and the whole thing looks organic like some kind of space creature. Haven't read the magazine yet but am really interested to find out a bit more about it.

Did anyone in the US get the replacement shuttle yet? I recently moved and when I called to change my address for that they seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. So far I have been really lucky with customer service so this is really the first time I had someone who didn't have a clue.

A little over a week ago I sent an email to Eaglemoss regarding my seven(!) missing ships so far and when I should expect those to start shipping out. I also asked about why US subscribers got the Jumbo TOS-E as opposed to the Franklin considering that the UK is already getting their Swarm Ship.

I've received no response so far. I get non-answers and I dunnos when I call customer service, and my emails seem to be ignored? It's like they're trying to hide something from us. If it's the fact they seem inept at this, they're doing a poor job.

Do you have the correct email address for them or is it going into your Spam folder?

I received the Franklin special a little over a week and a half ago. I'm wondering if it's a "regional" warehouse type issue. I'm located in the northeast US (Maine) yet your location states Pennsylvania so I'm not sure...

It's listed as out of stock on the main shop. Probably had too few come in and ran out again in favor of restocking the store. That seems to be their MO - screw the subscribers.

Yes. I got a "thanks for emailing us" automated response and have been checking my spam folders just in case. I guess all I can do is call again.

You sound like you're having the exact same experience I am. I am also in PA and while shipments were fine for a long while, once we hit the NX-Alpha (which I still haven't received) it all went to hell. Now I'm missing 7 ships and I haven't a clue what the schedule is for the special issues. When I call I get no satisfaction. The people I talk to sound as if they are "hired out" customer service and don't work directly for Eaglemoss...they don't have a clue what's going on or what products I'm trying to receive (they always have thick southern accents...just sayin'). I'm trying to ride out the collection to its conclusion, but its getting rather difficult in the past year.

Ah, the I'm making a comment that is prejudiced, but I'll put that at the end to make out I'm not. How rather silly and amusing.

In the US, and because I'm having the same problems as other US subscribers are reporting, I'm just cancelling my subscription.

I will pick up the missing models at my local comics shop, and call my collection complete at 101 ships plus a dozen or so special editions.

    It's not fun anymore.

I'm not suggesting that people should go en masse to message the Eaglemoss FB page (based in the UK) and let them know how crap the US office is, but...

    Okay maybe I'm suggesting that.
