Cheese wheels are an easter egg for ALL Dragon Age games. Hiding them in the maps is sort of their thing.

It's supposed to be in the system where you find the Remnant city but I scanned that one and nothing :(

Dammit EA I want my cheese.

I was so hoping when Ryder got the remnant city to follow her that we'd hear "You got the touch" when the ship started coming to life.

OH by the way Harbinger is in the DJ business.

Well, this seems to confirm what I've suspected every since Casey Hudson jumped ship.
An unfocused production with poor leadership and more ambition than ability. I feel genuinely sorry for the ground level staff since they did most of the work and (especially the chronically understaffed animators) got most of the blame when it's faults were laid bare.

Yep it was pure hell for everyone going by that.

Well, tried it with the latest patch yesterday (but not too far in)

The good news is that now (at least once you get to the Tempest) is that you can remodel your Ryder if you so wish. There's also a couple of extra options in there. Haven't seen any new bugs or too much in the way of other fixes yet.

Where on the ship is the remodel option? Is it Ryders cabin or sickbay?

BTW the interior of the ship is way too large for the exterior... TARDIS I think.

It's in the medbay, to the left of the respec interface.

Other way around. They didn't make the outside big enough to properly scale. The giveaway is the size of the nose airlock on the exterior, though you can only tell if you climb up on top.

I noticed that on Eos the very first time I had landed. I jumped on top of the ship and ran around on there. Kallo tells you off if you do that but you notice things like that when you do this..

BTW if you play as Sara and tell Suvi she's cute there's a really awkward cut scene.

Yeah. I think that was one of the things I did on Eos too.

    I haven't done a Sara/Suvi run yet, but I have seen that clip online:lol:

And that cut scene and the dialogue have become something of a meme.

Sounds a lot like what went on way back in the day on Ultima 8 and 9.

    Never change EA.

Actually it seems Bioware leadership is as much to blame as EA. Apparently there was political infighting between the satellite studios.

Yeah, there's nothing new there, just the writer of an article repeating themselves because people on reddit didn't believe it the first time.

One thing I am thinking about is the Nexus cultural centre.

So every alien race portrayed there seems to be this whitewashed pure version of that race and every race has been portrayed as super friendly. I know they're there to generate goodwill with visitors but geez any alien visiting this place will get a really skewed version of races in the milky way galaxy.

Is that really what they wanted to present to any visiting aliens who might not feel the same way and want to question things?

^Pretty sure the intent there is satirical.

I don't think they got that right in this game. There are no renegade choices in this game it's all paragon....... You can't be a dick like in previous games.

They ditched the P/S system but that doesn't mean it's impossible to still be a dick (although arguably not to the extent that was possible in the OG trilogy).

As for the Cultural Center/Exchange, I took the portrayal of Milky Way species to be fully intentional on the part of the Andromeda Initiative - after all, their job/intent in that context is pure marketing.

"We came in peace for all Mankind." - that sort of marketing, you know.
