What is THE Worst continuity error in Trek history..?!

I'd assume it was just a matter of the transporter not knowing to account for the symbiont, and thus treating it like a parasite. But they pretty much retconned the whole episode by establishing that Trills had been interacting with humans and other species who knew what they were for centuries.

TOS Vulcans had better and more diverse fashion sense, (on a lower budget) ST ENT and TNG Vulcans, everyone had the the same hair stylist and tailor.

Setting aside Voyager's determined commitment to anti-continuity, I think there is literally only one continuity error in Trek that seriously annoys me, and it's TNG Trill to DS9 Trill. TNG Trill look different, they can't transport, the symbiont fully suppress the host, the crew knows absolutely nothing about this how the Trill work -- beyond the concept of a joined species and the name, there is not one other point of connection between TNG Trill and DS9 Trill.
The TNG guy was from the North of Trill.

Just finished re-watching "Scorpion" from Star Trek: Voyager for a millionth time now and noticed a minor continuity mistake.

In one scene Kes was in Sickbay when she suddenly has a premonition. In the next scene, she's on the Bridge. How could she go from being in Sickbay to being on the Bridge in one shot? Anyone else notice continuity errors like this.

Also, do Starfleet Bridge hide phasers near the officers, since I see officers suddenly brandishing a phaser at one stage to defend themselves against alien intruders. e.g. the episode "Condundrum". I know that Worf has a phaser under the tactical station, but what about Picard and Riker?

And, how did Voyager get an upgrade to their phasers when they were trapped in the Delta Quadrant? Shouldn't they be using phaser-rifle type 1 instead of the newer model depicted in "First Contact" and "Deep Space Nine"?

These sort of continuity issues bug me.

She walked?

Never mind that, what about the fact that in the second season they suddenly had the newer model tricorders and hand phasers that had just been introduced in the Alpha Quadrant that very year? And what happened to all the TNG-style hand phasers and tricorders they were using in the first season?

In that short period of time?

Sometimes the Turbolifts are slow as. Look at how slow it takes going from Deck One to Deck Two sometimes. I doubt she would've made the Turbolift trip in that quick succession.
Is there a time marker in either shot? Not everything is shown or happens in real-time.

Not sure if already mentioned but...

Klingon blood. In TUC it was purple but in later years it was red.
