15 years for me now. Jesus Tap Dancing Christ that is a long time! CaptainWacky makes me happy! Now we just need to lure Barcode and Susannah and dare I say Lisa back for an old timey celebration.
I miss them all. And Jethro. I always have a small hope every year that Jethro will return...it's very very small now.
4 Days until the most important celebration of them all.. Captain Wacky's Anniversary!!! Shall we do a countdown? Shall we try to drag in ye olde members to celebrate (there will be sparklers and ice cream cake). unfortunately, he's less persistent. It'd be nice to have him around on regular basis. Frankly, I don't miss L and her paranoia at all. But da Woim was nice. Isn't it terrible how quickly one forgets all those people and only remembers them when someone else mentions their names? I wonder what became of Elysium, Gecko Boy, mostlyharmless, Naira, Phoonzang, PsychoPere, Stormrucker, Timofnine, unimatrix7, WrongwayJaneway and so many others.

Lisa was probably only 16-18 when she ran the board so one does have to give her a pass that she was really really young and not terribly experienced. I was only 22 myself back then and I don't think I would've acted much differently if I am really honest with myself. There is a certain amount of maturity that only comes with age and experience.
good point but some people would take centuries to mature, so instead they become insufferable blockheads - it requires less time and effort on their side.
