Wonderful graphic - well done.

Doesn't using a public poll to "get permission" from donors to now use crowdfunded mone6y for the "seperate" Industry studios venture toward what could only be classified as PRODUCTION RELATED COSTS of the Star Trek Fan Film "AXANAR" (and I don't see how you could classify the moving/storage of sets and set materials to be used for the film as anything else); technically VIOLATE then CBS/Paramout V. Axanar settlement agreement?
I say the above because I read one of the terms is they could no longer do any public fundrasing for "AXANAR" production costs - yet now, with their recent actions regarding the "Industry Studios" crowdfund campaign, that's EXACTLY what they are doing here.
I mean most people who either fail to meet their crowdfunding goals on something; or the situation changes so that they no longer NEED to funds for the purpose stated; just CANCEL their campaign and let the funds automatically be refunded to the pledgers.
NOT Alec Peters - he's seems to think he can use any money raised via crowdfunding anyway he choose. Hell, he even has stated the survey is just to gauge what donors want. He's stated he won't be bound by whatever result 'wins'.
You'd think either CBS/Paramount or Indegogo might step back in and take action, but I'm sure CBS/Paramount feel Alec Peters has been dealt with (in their eyes with the statement he made, he admitted guilt as to the copyright infringement, and whatever happens, IF "AXANAR"m get finished/released, it will be two 15 minute segments. As for Indegogo; it's clear they could CARE LESS regarding ANY of their Terms of Service agreement as long as they get their cut.
In the end, I think the above really shows there does need to be more hands on regulation with regard to crowdfunding in general as for Indegogo (and Kickstarter) it's (of course) just about the money.
