Not sure if he is back admitting as the video is from January 2016.Okay, so he's back to admitting he took a salary and insulting a large number of Americans who make less than he did from Axanar?

I see (L-R) Charles Root, Brandon Stacy, John Kelley, and Brian Gross. Definitely NV/P2.Well, the photo has Vic Mignogna in the shot, so I assumed ST:Continues. Was he playing Kirk for NV/P2 at any time before he started ST:C?
Found a recent comment by Mr. Steve Fender on the old Axanar Kickstarter comments section RE: The current Indegogo campaign:Alec deleting Steven Fender's comment shows his desperation. He's fighting over table scraps now.
Stephen Fender about 10 hours ago
For those interested in the Indiegogo campaign "Origins documentary perks", the interview between Alec, Rob, John, and myself about the Four Years War are a year old. They will not be "new", and to the best of my knowledge the post-production work on them should have been done months ago.
I will say that the views and opinions of this creator have changed over the course of the year, and I'm not super happy about my inclusion in the Indiegogo thing.
My bad then - to me the guy does look a lot like Vic in the photo - but I'm old an my eyesight ain't what it used to beI see (L-R) Charles Root, Brandon Stacy, John Kelley, and Brian Gross. Definitely NV/P2.

Wait, what... those comments are faked by the 'campaign itself'??whoa.... something's coming down the pike.
Heyy, you found it. Thanks!Found a recent comment by Mr. Steve Fender on the old Axanar Kickstarter comments section RE: The current Indegogo campaign:

Or its backers. So nice that abusive comments are kept, and so are fakes where people seem to admit they've been assholes (so charming, eh?), but any respectful questions about where the money's going/has gone are scotched.Wait, what... those comments are faked by the 'campaign itself'??
I've been following it too, much to closely I'm sure, but my new work orders won't be arriving until in the next week and I've had unusual free time. So with our weather keeping me inside these last days and the campaign becoming... well I have no other word that seems to fit it.... weird.... I seem to be pulled to watch it like one might do a train wreck you just can't look away from. And I was on the campaign site when the realllly weird stuff with the supposed donors and comments were beginning tonight.Following this recent campaign shows how much Alec's in trouble. Another previous friend of his (Steven Fender) has washed his hands of the whole thing and meanwhile Alec's supporters are creating fake accounts under the names of his detractors.
Surely the fact Alec's deleting other comments (such as Steven Fender's) and not those should be some cause for complaint with Indiegogo themselves over how this is being run?
Alec's next move should this campaign not even hit the 60k goal (which in itself isn't enough to keep the studio alive) should be interesting.
Oh, I got caught up in it, too! Thank God,I repented!I do! And I reckon I'm not amongst like-minded individuals saying this, and please don't throw things at me, disco was fab-u-lous to me and thousands and thousands of us who LUVED to dance to it.
OW! Who threw that???
That video I posted was from after AP released his 2015 Axanar annual report defending his self-awarded 38k salary (and snottily banning the donor that asked why he paid himself a salary) shortly before the lawsuit began. Thanks for that clarification.
Did anyone get a screen cap of that now deleted comment? If so will you load it here so I can get a copy of it too.
The IGG comments section starts with an intro by Alec that there are $1 haters who have plagued them and if you see one of their dishonest comments dont be disturbed because we are working with IGG to remove them.
To me as a casual donor browsing listings, I would be taken aback by this.
You have haters who actively try to say things to your donors that is so bad you have to censor it?
Can I think of a single other case of a project on IGG where I have seen "donor comments" plagued by haters? Or dealt with by censorship? [ no ]
Something's going on here, and its serious enough that the campaigner himself is raising it.
Are the comments that remain just shills?
And if you really are watching your comments that carefully, why are you leaving in place comments that are abusive when they are in support of your project? That just doesn't seem clean.
---
I really don't think Alec appreciates how demotivating his heavy handed censorship must be. But as they peter out around 20k, I guess he will see the results.
And in the things can't get any weirder area, he posted a captain's log today and stated "We are focused on Axanar" and "we spent all the money on what it was intended for" (except MAKING THE FILM) and not one word on the IGG but a comment that there will be an upcoming fundraiser for Axanar. Delusional doesn't even begin to cover it.
You know what, I am fine if they are all "focused on Axanar". They should produce something for donors and they still can do so, even if they have to be like regular fan films and dig into their own pockets. The one way they can salvage something out of this remains to put out a good product.
As for "it was all spent on what it was intended for", I am sure he is still clinging to the asterick on the previous fundraiser that said they would spend some money on the studio, and his sidebar announcements that they were choosing to blow out their studio budget and eat into Axanar funds, to which no one [could visibly in official Axanar discussion contexts] could object [and therefore it never was objected to].
As for his control of all who have any view other than his, he needs to understand that being criticized isn't the situation that every person who has ever tried to do anything faces in the world.
He brought criticism on himself by trying to turn the fan film carve out into an illegal moneymaking engine for himself on the backs of donors, and atop that, endlessly postponing fan goals (the movie itself) in favor of his goals (owning a finished studio).
I predict the IGG will fail and be used as an excuse to delay making the movie...again.
