Other than the fact that the first season has been written, cast, and SFX work has been in process for months? Or that they begin shooting next week? Or that CBS has made a deal with Netflix for international distribution?

You mean like people visiting the set and taking pictures? I'm sure someone at some point will do that. Although they'll probably do most of the filming on a closed soundstage, so you won't be getting shots on the street, like you see for superhero movies. I imagine we'll be seeing an official cast photo from CBS in the near future -- two weeks, maybe a month?

Oh yeah, CBS will definitely release set and cast photos and stuff as filming progresses. Even a "here's the uniform!" tweet seems likely. Expect an Entertainment Weekly cover story on Discovery. I'd bet a week's salary we'll get that eventually.
