Even in the 90s show, they had to worry about outside administrators, directors, even night security and clean up crews. It was a much more realistic science lab.

But that was different because it actually was a working research lab. Tina McGee was just one of its members, and her work with the Flash was known only to her and independent of the Labs' normal operations. By contrast, the Earth-1 STAR Labs was basically a front that Eobard Thawne set up for his plan to create and "mentor" the Flash. So basically he spent years building STAR into an entity that existed for the exclusive purpose of supporting private Flash-related activity without outside interference. And now the team are the beneficiaries of that even though Thawne-as-Wells is no longer running the show.

It looks like The Flash is the epicenter of the 4-night crossover event. The much touted event really begins tonight with 3x08: "Invasion!" It doesn't look like you need to see last night's Supergirl to enjoy this.

If 4 years ago when the new Star Wars films where announced you had told me we would also be seeing Mark Hamill again as the Trickster I never would have believed it! Particularly more scenes of him as the Trickster sooner than as Luke Skywalker.

John admitted that him being cast as Jay was a last minute reveal to him. So for these season 3 episodes he was prepared and hit the gym to lose some weight. It really shows, he looks much better in the suit than the first time we saw him as Jay.
Well, in-universe, he probably didn't get a lot of running-time while being held captive by Zoom.

Hamill and Shipp reprising their roles as The Trickster vs The Flash. I'm still not over how awesome that is.
It would have been funny if he told the waitress "no straws" when they were back in that 90's diner.

And the fist 15 minutes moved along very quickly. You'd think that the writers of Legends were involved. I wonder if there's an extended cut in the works that'll fill out the parts that felt rushed.

- Not a terribly exciting or menacing invasion but that wasn't the point. It was all about the team-up and there wasn't a lot to that aside from everyone being in one place. Okay, there was the Flashpoint revelation and now Diggle knows that he had a daughter. I wonder how that will play out on Arrow for those who don't watch this show.
- I wish that Supergirl's intro to the others had been better. It should have happened when everyone had more time to breathe and be in awe.
- I'm surprised that we got two major developments for Legends.
