Funniest Moments?

In "The Magnificent Ferengi", Quark and Rom are doing a walk-and-talk in the station's Jeffries tubes (making it a crawl-and-talk, really), open a hatch, and realize that they've unwittingly crawled right into Sisko's office. After a brief exchange, they politely excuse themselves and Sisko turns away as if it never happened... Or that this happened all the time. The whole episode was pretty funny, but that was gold.

Yes, "The Magnificent Ferengi" is an excellent and funny episode, as the Vorta is dying, he says, 'I hate Ferengi' ! lol

Funny like hell in the episode "Rock and Shoals" from season 6, episode 2:

They destroyed the base of the Dominion, hide from them and after a fight they crashed onto the planet with the captured Jem Hadar-Ship. They survived the crash into the ocean, Dax is really bad injured. After swimming exhausted to mainland while rescueing supplies (and Dax) O`Brien says:

"Oh no!"
"What?"
"I don't believe it!"
"What?"
"I tore my pants!"
"You... You tore your pants?"
"Yeah, I tore my pants. I guess... I guess I'm really in trouble now!"

You really have to watch it, describing is not that good. I laughed hard.

Quark: Better luck next time

Sisko: (spins Quark's chair around) You better hope there isnt a next time, I have cut you a lot of slack in the past, I even looked the other way once or twice when I could have come down hard, but those days are over, now we may not be able to get you for selling weapons but if you so much as litter on the promenade, I will nail you to the wall!

From Bar Association

When O'Brien is telling Rom about his ancestor who started a union for coal miners. You can see that Rom is getting inspired and then O'Brien mentions the part about how his ancestor's body was fished out the Allegheny river with such and such number of bullet holes in him. Then the expression on Rom's face is "Maybe this isn't such a good idea".

From Trials and Tribble-ations.
Arne Darvin: "After six month's, I was hoping the Klingon's would invade", then he says something about they do know how to make coffee, even if they are foul smelling barbarians.

O'Brien: "I wouldn't take it personally Worf. I rather like the way you smell. Sort of an earthy, peaty, aroma."
Bashir: "With just a touch of lilac".

Also from bar association:

When O'Brian and Bashir talk about the big cyst that O'Brien has on the back of his head.

"Indiscretion" with Dukat sitting on a thistle.

Actually, it was a sand spine.

That had a Three Stooges feel for me. Curly sitting in a barrel of upholstery nails, then jumping up & down the same way Dukat did "get it out, get it out".

Too many Worf scenes. Worf was so much better utilized on DS9.

Worf was specialized in deadpan humor.

Treachery, Faith and the Great River
Weyoun 6: Then lets just say I left Cardassia because my life is in danger.
Odo: From whom?
Weyoun 6: Everyone.
Odo: Aren't you being a little paranoid?
Weyoun 6: Of course I'm paranoid, everyone's trying to kill me!

:bolian:
I always loved that scene too.
