Given Voyager's showed the ship cruising the Sol system, it wouldn't be very useable in the actual show!
Whaa? When did it do that?

Whoops, I was commingling it with the Season One opening of Next Generation.Whaa? When did it do that?
A friend thought Ensign Syl was Ensign Sue...![]()
Would've been a brilliant injoke. And if Simon Pegg was a fan of a certain webcomic, I'd be really impressed! That's what it sounded like to me too.
"Site contents, characters, and all related material ™ and © Interrobang Studios."Is Ensign Sue under copyright?
Saw it for my second time last night and I didn't see the DDM at all and I frankly doubt it's there (but would be happy to be proven wrong!). The giant green hand was a bit more abstract than I thought it was the first time I saw it, but definitely there.
I've seen the movie multiple times already and I have not seen the doomsday machine. I have seen planets crushed or hit by the DM.
aren't there destroyed planets in star trek into darkness' end credit sequence as well? or like half-planets? not saying it's not a reference to the doomsday machine, but also i'm saying it's not.I think the easter egg is the destroyed the planets, not the machine itself.
