I like some of the design asthetics. Not so much the actual hardware. I like the Prysma but as you can see it wasn't very practical. The red cylinder was nice. But with no batteries and reliance on mains power yeah again not very practical.
I had a machine running Windows Me that might as well have doubled as a commode as it was full of shit.
I wanted an OQO so bad. I love handheld devices like that. The Sony Picturebooks were awesome too.
Windows ME was based on the Windows 95/98 os while Windows 2000 was based on the NT kernal. Nothing strange about it.
I have somewhere in the cupboards a sealed copy of Windows XP Full edition 64 bit. Wondering if that would be fun to install.
I'm currently using one of these cases which is an oddball but I've been pretty pleased with it.

Could throw that on a cheap small form factor machine and make a nice little emulator box.
I ended up with the same Coolermaster case you have only mine is the HAF XB . Only changes I made were buying a pack of magnetic filters to put on the vents ... That's made a world of difference for cleaning.
Only can't buy two intake fans with the same ratings as the stock fans the case comes with. Everything I have tried seems underpowered compared to the stock fans.
I remember some of them.. never wanted to have anything to do with them, standard parts, standard formfactor, might sound pretty boring but it is easier to find spare parts.![]()
I don't have the Evo but I figured close enough for the visual. You have me intrigued about magnetic filters, have to look into that because it does get dusty in the front pretty easily.
