Is there any explanation as in how Vulcan being blown up won't affect Vulcan in the future?
I would watch this. All sorts of ideas have been mentioned as "considered" for ENT 5-7, but I don't think the MU season was a serious suggestion. They might possibly have spent an ep or two revisiting the regime of Empress Hoshi.
There doesn't need to be an explanation, depending on the time period. Given the fact that when GR came up with TNG, it wasn't going to have any references to old villains or aliens, and then slowly added them back in there is precedent for ignoring details. Is there any explanation as in how Vulcan being blown up won't affect Vulcan in the future?
Pre-Narada they're the same thing.
There hasn't been any violation to date with the Franklin.
Funny when I saw the Discovery I immediately thought of the Franklin. The design looks more Kelvin Timeline then Prime: The Window View Screen, the shape of the nacelles.
As I said an irrelevant detail. Only important to people who fret over such things. The Kelvin Timeline is the only time we've had Starships with view screen windows, only Shuttles have had windows as the main view.
Fits in as well and the restDon't get me wrong, I like the design, and I enjoyed Beyond, it just doesn't look like it fits.
Yup!Star Trek 2017 will not be set in the JJ-Verse
So, basically, Game of Thrones the shit out of it.
