Spoilers STAR TREK BEYOND

I've been so damn careful about spoilers for Beyond and the damn Star Trek official Facebook feed has that video that blows open the Krall spoiler autoplaying...I just thought it was one of the commercials I'd seen and by the time I realized it, it was too fucking late.:mad::mad:
You can turn off autoplay in your Facebook settings. ;)

Makes me wonder (after seeing that major spoiler video) if
if any of the swarm soldiers are former Franklin crewmembers.

I read a review that referred to two stupid twists in the film. I'm guessing that this is one of them but I certainly wouldn't call it stupid. Granted it might come across that way in the movie.

How could he have been part of the Xindi war? Am I misremembering that the Enterprise was the only ship sent?

No you're correct. Enterprise was the only ship sent.

so i was on IMDB and apparently
Greg Grunberg is supposed to be in this movie and he is supposedly playing a Commander Finnegan. Could that be the same Finnegan that hazed the Prime Kirk when they were Cadets?

Boy, it's so hard not to click on this Krall spoiler! I WANT TO KNOW! Three more days! I'm so excited!

If it helps your resolve at all, I wish I hadn't seen it. I've been fine with all the spoilers I've seen so far but this is one I would have rather been surprised with.

Thanks, that does help. I will stay strong and avoid this trailer/spoiler until Wednesday.

As unreliable as IMDB tends to get, their page for STB has a name & rank for Shoreh Aghdashloo's character:

Commodore Paris

Yes, that's confirmed in one of the new Simon Pegg interviews on TrekCore.
... related to Tom Paris and Admiral Paris on Voyager? If so, how would they make that clear in the movie?
