I thought I explained it clearly enough before: You, as someone who has not been authorized by CBS, Paramount, Pocket Books, or any of the other companies that publish Star Trek fiction in whatever formats (ie. games and comics), are NOT ALLOWED TO MAKE MONEY OFF SOMEONE ELSE'S COPYRIGHTED PROPERTY. Period.
If you want to boycott the pro authors, that's your own business. I boycott a couple of them, for reasons that are good enough for me. But boycotting them because a moderator on this forum got after you for something doesn't make sense. The pro authors aren't the people who own this site, and they certainly don't run it. And posting your fanfic isn't going to deprive them of money, either, because there are many people who read both kinds of Star Trek fiction. I've got a whole bookshelf full of old fanzines from the '60s-'90s. I've got another bookshelf full of pro Trek novels, anthologies, and reference books.
About your latest idea: Since Star Trek the TV show isn't part of the in-universe Star Trek history, bringing up the TV show with Riker and Troi is just going to elicit a "Huh? What are you talking about?" reaction.
Technically, we don't know that the Star Trek TV show isn't part of the Star Trek universe. Jim is a Star Trek fan as that's been established on Taxi. It's possible that the title may have been forgotten by the time of the too soon 22nd to 24th centuries, but that doesn't mean that Jim can't list a key character's name like Spock and talk about a few missions that were too coincidental with Starfleet's history for Riker to want to take the chance. I have an idea for some funny dialogue because I'm going to write the story based on the assumption that Worf has seen images of Kruge and will look at him strangely.
Now as for the Great Brain crossover, I will be trying to ask about permission to use their characters as well as Star Trek's characters for something that's no more than a printing in a magazine that I would like to see appear; and I'll probably ask a
Technically, we don't know for sure that it isn't. If Jim were to make references to Spock and describe things he saw them doing on the show that coincided were the same adventures in Starfleet's history, then Riker and Troi might want to get him to the Enterprise ASAP to find out how he knows about this. Jim did indicate in one episode that he was a Star Trek fan. I've got an idea on how to make it funny after he gets on board the Enterprise because I'm going to write the story based on the assumption that Worf has seen Kruge and will look at him strangely. I will attempt some funny dialogue.
Finally, I'm not trying to make money off the story. I have already written it off line and am copying it verbatim. If nobody wants to pay me, then I can live with that.

Technically, we don't know that Star Trek the TV show isn't part of the Star Trek universe. I hate the way my post will disappear before I can get it typed if I try to scroll up and look for something. Anyway, it's been established on Taxi that Jim is a Star Trek fan. It's possible that the title of the series may have been forgotten by the 22nd through the 24th centuries, but we don't know that it never existed. That's never been established. The only thing we can establish for sure so far about Star Trek is that the Kahn Noonian Singh was never real because he didn't exist in the 1990's and they set Star Trek too close to the present. Now if Riker wants to know what Jim's talking about, which he probably would, all Jim would have to do is talk about a key character's name like Spock and talk about some of the missions that are too close to be a coincidence with Starfleet's history, then he'll probably feel compelled to take on board along with the taxi ASAP. I'm planning some funny dialogue because I'm going to write the story based on the assumption that Worf has seen at least one image of Kruge and will think he looks familiar.
I would like to ask an agent about what I'd have to get permission to use the Great Brain characters as well. I hope the cost isn't too high for a character they nobody's done anything with since several years after the author died. The only reason the eighth book came out was because someone found notes. I'd think people would like them because there hasn't been anything new, but I hope I wouldn't have to shell out a bunch of money for nothing. I'd like to ask if it's possible to get permission to do some sort of way I could share the money if the story does sell. I know I was told to google, but can someone please do that for me and give me one?
Finally, you've got me convinced that I can't make money with this fun to write story. I've resigned myself with having to live with that. I've already written it out offline; and if nobody thinks it would be interesting to wipe out the Federation by breaking the temporal time directive in a major way, then I can live with that. Technically, there was a Starfleet officer who made a minor violation of the temporal prime directive that pales in comparison to this one; and that was Janeway in the series finale episode Endgame. Now I'll continue with the story.
"Would you be able to show Jonah being spit up by a great fish and still living?"
The image changed to show that too.
"This would be interesting to show atheists," I commented. I made sure there was plenty of distance between myself and the others before I said, "Imagine the wars that could've been avoided if someone traveled back in time to Earth's history and succeeded in talking the first sentient Earth female out of eating from that fruit."
A minute or so later, everyone watching the Guardian except myself, Data, and the two changelings passed out, and I said, "Please skip ahead of the biblical events to a random year and/or even on another planet or even in a star or space."
After the Guardian complied with my request, an arm seemed to appear out of nowhere, took Data's com badge, and threw it through the Guardian.
