Ewan McGregor to star in Fargo season 3

He will be playing two brothers (not twins though).

I have freakin' LOVED both seasons of Fargo; it's been amazing. I can't wait to see what they do next; Ewan McGregor is great so he'll certainly be up to the task.

Glad we're getting more. Both seasons were fantastic. They did a great job telling new stories within a familiar (and bizarre) universe.

I imagine it's inevitable that he'll put on a "you're darn tootin'" accent. Fargo with Scottish accents would be...somewhat odd. In fairness, IMHO, McGregor is better with accents than Freeman is.

True. It's just I couldn't take Freeman seriously in Fargo at the beginning (plus with the Minnesota accent, people tend to seem a little simple, almost like a Brum or West Country accent) and that I burst out laughing when he began to talk in Civil War.

Lol, I know what you mean, I was waiting for him to do the Minnesota accent in CW too!

It is kinda funny that 2/3 Fargo seasons have featured Brits with iconic genre roles under their belts.
