TOS Crewmembers in civilian clothes

I'm looking to list any instances the crew were out of their duty uniforms and were wearing civilian clothes. I've got The Cage (woman in white pleated skirt and reddish top/man in shorts), Charlie S (Janice Rand in a pink nightie), Where No Man Has Gone Before (woman in white pleated skirt, just like in The Cage), and The Tholian Web (Uhura in a red African robe).

Were these the only times people were out of their duty uniforms?

No disguises or native clothing. Only looking for wearing civilian, or other clothing, while off duty on the Enterprise

Would Kirk's exercise suit from "Charlie X" count?

Kirk's pants actually had an official emblem on them. And all the men in the gym were wearing the same style garment. So it looks like it's still official garments.

I just found one that's sort of on the fence. In This Side of Paradise, Spock ditches his blue duty uniform and puts on a green jumpsuit that all the colonists are wearing. It's not exactly civilian clothing but it's certainly not something Spock would normally wear while on duty.

Technically it might be considered a disguise, but in "City On The Edge Of Forever" Kirk and Spock have to dress in 1930's style civilian clothes.

The thing is outside of "The Cage" and the instances already mentioned above It isn't until the films that we get to see the TOS crew in 23rd civilian attire.

I didn't do the films in this version. Possibly could include them if I do a version 2.

Pike's Orion Trader outfit from The Cage is civilian. Likewise with that green jumpsuit you mentioned for Spock. It wasn't Starfleet regulation nor was it a disguise. Spock felt he was "off duty."

Are we keeping with Starfleet officers or are we just looking at civilian clothes? There are plenty of civilians that show up in Trek.

I forgot about Pike's clothing but I'm wondering if those dream sequences would count. I will take that under consideration.

I'm staying with StarFleet personnel only. If you take a look at the chart (http://dave-columbus.squarespace.com/project-news/2016/4/13/the-home-stretch.html) you'll see it's already pretty crowded. Adding in all the civilians would amount to too much data in too little space.

My mentor, Dr. Pfeffer taught me that just because you have all that data doesn't mean you need to use it. If it makes the visualization too messy, then remove it so people can see the story you're actually trying to tell.

If they are in civvies, how would we know if they are in Starfleet of not? Maybe they are just visiting passengers.

I think we are again seeing an instance of budget limitations. In "This Side Of Paradise" only Spock wears civilian attire after being overcome by the spores. McCoy, Sulu, DeSalle and the rest of the crew remain in their Starfleet uniforms even while doing field work down on the planet. Logically, after being taken over by the spores, they should all have chucked their uniforms for civilian clothes.
