Your latest purchases, cont.

I ordered a couple of Stephen King books, the 2016 Birthday Barbie Latina, a Francie reproduction doll, and a Fashionista doll, #13, Dolled Up in Dots Original size. :D All in all, a nice day!

HID yellow fog lights for my car. Got 'em for $5.22 on ebay. Get what you pay for, you can barely tell they're yellow.

Haircut, and my first ever "real" manicure and pedicure...wow!
Man Card or no, the mani-pedi was pretty darned awesome!

Ive been getting Manicures and Pedicures for the last several years. The barbershop on Long Island where I use to go had a person right in the shop for it when you got your haircut. Up here in Syracuse I just go to a Salon. Men seriously don't know what they are missing, how much better your hands and feet are after.

About $30 at Bath and Body Works. Would've been over $87, but it was a "buy 3/get 3 free" sale, plus I had a Get One Free coupon and a 20% off coupon. SCORE! Seven big bottles of bathsoap; that should last me through next year!

I will never, ever get to go to a spa or a beauty salon or anything like that, so the best I can do is get some showergels with scents that make me feel good for a little while. Works for me.

Let's see --- The Tommyknockers, The Dead Zone, and Four Past Midnight. I should get them sometime next week.

Cool!

Went shopping today and got:

The Peanuts Movie

The Honeymooners 39 episodes dvd set (to the moon, Alice... to the moon :p!)

Some new t-shirts to wear during the spring, summer and fall (Wal-Mart got some really nice ones in, well made and didn't cost me an arm and a leg)

Waterloo, Bernard Cornwell. His first attempt at nonfiction. Funny story: I brought it up on the computer while mentioning to a friend that BC had written a nonfiction book, but I hadn't bought it yet because it was still new and pricey. I monitor its entry on Amazon every week or so and always see it selling for $20 or so. Well, as it happened someone was selling a copy for $6 at that very moment, and I snatched it up.

Also: one chicken for roasting, and a few cans of assorted vegetables.
