Spoilers Supergirl - Season 1

To be honest I was a bit disappointed with how tame most of the bad Supergirl stuff in the episode felt, with Kara only turning kinda bitchy for the most part instead of really dark and evil in some way. And I actually thought Benoist was a lot more creepy and effective in the Bizarro episode instead.

It wasn't until the end that the episode really grabbed me and became a lot more interesting, as we saw her dealing with the aftermath and all the pain she inadvertently caused. I love that we're going to see that reverberate for a little bit, and that everything didn't magically bounce back to normal at the end like I was really expecting it would.

He is an alien who's been impersonating the head of a top-secret government agency...one that's supposed to be keeping aliens under control.

And he didn't answer, when asked if he killed the real Hank Henshaw.

Have we seen Jon go immaterial?

Because if he can do that, he's only there to make sure that Alex doesn't get into trouble for not tattling.

I think Red Kryptonite Kara was way more interesting than Reg'lar Kara. She took out Silver Banshee, she got both her men to herself, and she looked hotter in the Kryptonian suit than she ever did in the Supergirl outfit.

Man, it only got a 1.3 last night. Even with the huge competition from the Voice and Bachelor, that is not very good. :(

It hasn't been officially renewed yet, only hinted at in a CBS conference call. And to be fair, the last low rated episode jumped from a 1.4 to a 1.9 with Live+3 factored in (and against the same stiff competition), so I suppose it's not really as bad as it might look.

Still though, all the talk beforehand from the experts was it needed to pull in much better numbers than either Flash or Arrow regularly get on the CW, and it's not really doing that. So who knows...

Well, one of the guys from the CW shows is on his way to give her a hand with that. Let's not get too worried.

I hit pause last night when my wife and I were watching at the scene where the police show up and start shooting bullets. I'm like this where things fall apart in their "real world" because this is where Superman should show up to shut this sh*t down.

A good episode ... Melissa did a great job between mischievous and very regretful. Also glad to see the ramifications will be dealt with next episode, so it's not an automatic reset next week

Also, anyone notice that Red K Supergirl looked a lot of Astra?

Shocked abut J'onn J'onz... how are they going to keep him? Or will he be "freed" to be a part of a future Justice League?

Considering he can walk out any time he wants to and assume any identity he wants to, he's clearly there of his own free will. Chances are he'll just wind up confessing what happened (and why he didn't when asked, I have no idea), at which point they'll likely try to confirm if those events occurred or not. If so, they might tentatively allow him to continue working with the DEO along the lines of Supergirl.

That, or he will get tired of the bullshit, leave, and become a police detective somewhere until the Justice League is formed and he's recruited into it. He's already a friend of Superman's anyway, so it's not like he'll be in the wind or anything.
