The Monster Maroon uniforms, also the Monster Maroon uniforms are mostly the same colour which is useful to crew that are specialists in more than one department. But I wonder how warm or hot they feel. Also, any thinner uniform with different colours (the entire shirt being gold, blue, or red) are fine but prefer dark grey Away Team jackets.

I voted for these as well. They may not really be practical for day-to-day work in space, but they sure look good on screen!
I just researched the Monster Maroon uniforms. I see that they have a little bit of everything. Including the Away Team, or Excursion Jackets, and other variations of the uniform which includes vests and lighter clothing. This uniform appears to be given the most thought. And it was around for at least 75 years. Yet it has less than two dozen appearances. I actually don't like that they switched to a cheaper uniform TNG onwards just to save budget.
For the overall look I have to go with FC/DS9. The darker tone of them just looked cleaner and more professional, IMO. However, I liked the practicality of the ENT uniforms and the sheer diversity of TMP.
Fc uniforms
I love those outfits, but I'm just not accustom to post a ridiculous amount of lists for a particular topic which was defined. The word favorite is something preferred before all others. So I judge all of the outfits, and in a process of elimination I choose one.
Too bad Patrick Stewart had back issues wearing the outfit, it gave Jonathan Frakes a get out of jail free card to quit on his dieting.
There wasn't any option in the poll for the Mirror Universe version of ENT's uniforms, so I went with the Monster Maroons. 
Fun fact: The fan club 'Starfleet Marine Corps' - inspired by the real ones (and yes, they do exist) - wear a full dress uniform that is like the Monster Maroons, but in BLACK. Now that would be seven shades of awesome.

I like the JJ uniforms because they call back to TOS colours but more sleek and futury. Both the DS9 unis are good, but the earlier ones seem more practical in terms of identifying ranks, and less depressing because less grey. I don't really like the TNG unis, partly because the colours look off somehow, and partly because of the asymmetrical design.
The ENT overalls are appealingly practical, which also gives them a bit of a bad-ass look. I also really like that shoulder piping. Someone brought out an ENT-style bomber jacket last year, but unfortunately it was covered with stupid patches, and you could only get yellow piping (I'd prefer red, or blue in a pinch).

They're not in the poll, but I really like these Star Trek Online uniforms.
I voted for the ones used in movies 2-6. If nothing else they were a big improvement over TMP uniforms, which looked like drab colored pajamas.
Were there not some people wearing the early DS9 uniforms in Generations? And then by First Contact the uniforms were changed again.

Enterprise. I think they finely exemplified a first iteration of what a practical and effective design should be like. Utilitarian sensibility with no thought needing to be expended on unnecessary bells and whistles. I appreciated the choice of color as well. For some odd reason, in writing this now, I'm flashing on a resemblance to the crew's uniforms in the Red Tent. I've seen it so many times, I shouldn't have false memories of them, but I think I need to give it another look to make sure the connection I'm making isn't just pure bunk.
