Seven of Nine (Fanfics)

Hi.

Can anyone recommend any good Seven of Nine fanfics?

Voyager is my favorite Star Trek series, and Seven is my favorite character. The last few episodes of voyager really sold everybody short, especially Seven. I feel like her life was just beginning.

I've had a quick look, but many seem to be odd sexual fanfics, which don't interest me in the slightest.

I'm looking for either a continuation of voyager season 6 onwards, or Sevens story since arrival on Earth. I'd like to see her character development from where we left off, with her main character arc being composed by her inner battle for humanity.

Many of the characters on voyager lacked depth, and hence I'm not really bothered if they feature or not - apart from the doctor, he and Seven are hilarious together.

Try the novels set after Endgame. Start with Homecoming by Christie Golden and work your way through the Kirsten Beyer novels.

I gave up. Too many sex ones to dig through. Unless someone else chimes in I'd say take Janeway'sgirl idea. The novels.

I was looking through the thread on this sub-forum (Voyager) that has links for fanfiction, fan art, etc. It's a sticky thread at the top of the page. On the last page of the thread there are links for Voyager Fanfics by WarpTenLizard. They explore the relationship of Seven/Chakotay, not Seven/EMH though, so I'm not sure if they would be your cup of tea. Although I do feel like they explore her regaining her humanity.

Many of the stories also feature Paris/Torres.

Ah yes, the books. How blind of me. Also the fanfics link, thank you all. For the record, I don't think Seven and Chakotay were meant in the long run, but I'm all for a short romance.. and Seven considers the doctor a friend and nothing more

agreed. sometimes short romances help the characters realize who they truly are or meant to go after. My heart broke for a bald hologram...go figure that one. But yes as it should.

Those looking for slash will be disappointed.

There's not much Seven and the EMH... but there is a fair amount of Janeway and the EMH.

Since the events take place 10 years after Voyager returns home, you may even run into a couple characters from DS9 scattered throughout.

There is a poster on this forum called Teya who writes Seven Of Nine fan fiction.

We used to have a stormy relationship at a time when I really disliked Seven and Teya did defend her strongly. But after a while, thanks to Teya I realized that I was wrong in my dislike of the character. Not to mention that I realized that Teya was a fan of the character in the same way as I'm a fan of Kes. So I started to respect Teya and what she stood for.

The recent years, we have had a cordial, somewhat friendly relationship.

Unfortunately, she hasn't been around here for a while and sometimes I wonder why.

However, she has written a lot of Seven Of Nine fan fiction stories. I think they are a bit Seven-Chakotay related. But what I know, there aren't sex-related.

I'm not sure where they are on the net but a search on Seven and Teya might solve the problem.

It was a long time ago since I read any of her stories but she's a good writer and an honest fan.
