What are you watching???

Binge watching Babylon 5...love the show and the stories, but the special effects are just so blurry on a 55" HDTV..

Saturday Night live s05e04.

Just started, Oh! Gilda is still alive. Musical guest is Tom Petty and the Heart Breakers.

Who the #### is Buck Henry?

Bill Murray just blew my mind.

He just referred to the fictional characters of sexual psychologists Masters and Johnson 31 years before the cable show Master's of Sex premiered.

What?

Wait?

THEY'RE REAL!!!!

The Harvest a Blood Moon Eclipse. Hope you guys get it there with clear skies. It was really something!

Thank you :)

Quantico.

Well made. Better than that piece of crap with Catherine Heigl made last year, but maybe not quite in line with the first season of Covert Affairs. Only half way through, so there's a hook at the end that hasn't presented yet.

For tonight, the plan is episodes 3 & 4 of Orphan Black, The season opener of Once upon a time, then Doc Martin and Major Crimes:)

I'm still watching The West Wing (and have gotten as far as the Iowa caucus now). martok2112, did you enjoy that series? (Incidentally, the dialogue you wrote upthread was hilarious; thank you for helping me start the weekend laughing!)

Hi, Lady T'anna. I loved The West Wing! For me, it was political M*A*S*H*. (M*A*S*H* is my all time favorite TV show, and TWW had the rapid fire humor and mix with drama that I loved about M*A*S*H*.)

Although I am a conservative fellow, I would say that with the exception of a couple of issues that Bartlett's fictional administration dealt with, I would actually vote for Bartlett and hope he had an administration that had the same strength of character like what was portrayed in the show. Every single character in his admin I loved the hell out of...except maybe his VP, Hoynes. My favorite character was probably CJ Cregg, the press secretary. (I also found I was still in love with Stockard Channing as Abby Bartlett. Had a crush on her since Grease in '78..... she had that Sally Field thing going on, where she was just so good at hiding her age, and looking great for it.).

Hahaha....I had to go back upthread to see what dialogue that was I wrote up. I had forgotten all about that. I am glad it gave you a good laugh. My mission is accomplished. :) Thank you for the kind words. :)

Or as I like to say:

As for what I'm watching right now, Season 2 of The Blacklist. Waiting to resume The West Wing (after my roomie cools down a little bit...he had an issue with one of the issues Bartlett was tackling...but when he cools down, we'll pick that back up), also waiting to get onto Season Five of The Walking Dead, and Season One of Gotham. :)

Incidentally, I told my roomie that if I allowed politics to influence what I watch, I wouldn't be watching ninety percent of what's out there now...at least, what's available on Netflix. :D

Man Up

Simon Pegg/Lake Bell rom-com. Nice premise and reasonably watchable with a few funny moments. Nothing spectacular or memorable but fine for what it was. I like the fact that it took place over one night and bobbed along. Terrible ending though.

I think they should've called that show Grey's Academy. Based only on the pilot episode, Shonda Rhimes deserves a partial "created by..." credit beneath the title.

Gotham, waiting for the first part of the new X Files trailer. Then onto Minority Report. For part two. Will be playing Super Mario Maker through that instead of actually watching.

Halfway through season 1 of Andromeda…...Good so far, but I like old stuff.... Original BSG, Buck Rogers, Space 1999, etc...

Imagine the Bride from Kill Bill, muderlating Uma's Emma Peel.

...

We Have Issues.

Talk show on E!. 2 comedians from Chelsea Lately's Round Table attacking each other venomously as they chew over recent celebrity Gossip and news. Not bad, if you have the stomach to tolerate E!.
