Supergirl TV Series is being work on.

Oh, so you're a Smallville Denier?

You people make me sick.

lol....

I'm a little late in replying, but I do have to admit that I'm not a big fan of Smallville having seen a few episodes. However, with that said, while they did add Kara into the series, she wasn't the focus she was a side character. This upcoming series has the potential to expand on the character and give her an identity. Not too mention, she's the main focus.

The pilot was screened at Comic-Con earlier today. Here is some reaction:

One day Melissa is going to be 65, at comicon, and they're going to ask her if she still fits into her old costume from before she as a serious actress.

The first "leaked" shot of Melissa, was of the girl ripping off her breast buttons to reveal what's secretly jumbling under her smart/casual business attire.

If it was kryptonian tech, you could explain away the impossibility, but the Toyman projectrunwayed her super-suit for her with completely human resources.

This has puzzled me. Does a being that possesses super human speed need to wear their hero uniform under their civilian clothes? I get it is cool for Superman & Supergirl to rip open their shirt to reveal the \S/ but it makes no sense to wear it under their clothes because in a "flash" they can change. ;)

Spider-Man used to make a back pack out of webbing for his civies when he was spidering about town.

But you've gone swimming before right?

You can wear you togs instead of your clothes, under you clothes, or you have to put them in a carry bag between your house and the pool, and then get changed in the changing shed before you get into the water.

Well, it depends. I've just started a rewatch of Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman, and in one of the earliest episodes (third in broadcast and DVD order, but pretty clearly meant to be second), Clark fumbles to change costumes in a restroom cubicle and accidentally smashes his elbow through the door.

Also, if you don't wear it under your clothes, then where do you keep it so that it's always handy? I suppose Kara could carry around a large purse, though.

^ The Phantom Zone! :borg:

I think in times before the 00's a briefcase or large hand bag?

ETA: I mean even a backpack could work too nowadays.

I actually have one already, it's made by Rawling and uses baseball glove leather. It's one of my most prized possessions. I've actually never used it, don't want it to get ruined.

Women need bags because they often won't wear pockets.

Stuffed pockets can look like new extra breasts, which is distracting and unfairly lowers the property values on any pre-existing breasts.
