See I typically really enjoy City but for some reason it was just meh. Must not have been in the mood.
Watched ENT "Fight or Flight" as a palette cleanser. Better than I remember.
"Parallels" - TNG One of the most trippest episodes I've seen yet. But I still have to give the most trippy episode to "The Inner Light".

I experienced this with Star Trek: Nemesis. A movie that I didn't think was very good, got better with time.
