List Only! Last Star Trek Episode You Watched

I started watching TNG "Up the Long Ladder."

I don't know if I can finish.

I just watched that one yesterday and it was nauseating. As good as the series seemed to be getting toward the end of season 2, that was awful. To make it worse, it had that awful Dr. Pulaski.

The summary execution of the clones by Riker was simply revolting and so anti-Star Trek that the mind boggles.

At first I thought you were kidding to make the episode seem more ridiculous, since I hadn't seen it in a long time and I hadn't gotten to the part where they are at the Mariposa planet. But I managed to sit through the rest of the episode.

Doctor Pulaski clearly indicated her approval.

Apparently they didn't regard the almost completely-formed clones in those chambers as people. I think this warrants discussion in its own thread.

Anyway, last episode watched: TNG "The Emissary."

^Apparently, the rules that forbid you to kill a giant mass murdering crystal, make it OK to kill your own clone...

My last episode: In The Cards - DS9

You see, that was the episode I watched yesterday, and I had lots of heartburn with that very same moral inconsistency. It drives me batty when they expend so much effort to enforce morality and the Prime Directive, only to abandon those premises for the convenience of the story.

^ It's been a while since I've seen much of DS9, but I remember that when Rom first appeared, he seemed like a typical shrewd Ferengi and not nearly the doofus that he was throughout the series.
