The secret life of Travis Mayweather

Travis doesn't know what the blue-and-black or white-and-gold people are talking about... he thinks the dress is green and red.

(I'd have noted this a week ago, when it was still relevant, but Travis only heard about it just now.)

^ Wait, this thread isn't also about Anthony Montgomery? They're not the same person?! :p

Travis can't shake the feeling that he's not real, that he's a one-dimensional live-action version of
South Park's Token portrayed by an actor who guested on House, MD once. The fact that he can almost never remember moments of his life without any of the other crew around was his first clue...

When Travis was 16, he was a promising field hockey player, and ranked #5 in his Summer league. He could have received a full ride scholarship through Star Fleet Academy, and yet, he could never get past the feeling of wanting to haul freight across the galaxy, like Daddy.

Travis nearly started an interstellar incident when the crust for his famous cherry pie wasn't flaky enough.

He was ordered to chainsaw a 70 foot high pie for his insolence. It was mighty tasty.

During Dead Stop, Phlox had difficulty determining that the duplicate wasn't Travis, an inanimate corpse being so close to Travis's natural state.

:)

Though Travis was inanimate by nature, he was not immune to the hurtful comments of Earth-bound humans who chose to ridicule his good nature, his love for river-dancing naked in the moonlight...and 'classic' Justin Beiber albums. ;)

Now I'm all curious as to what Montgomery would think of this thread. Should someone tweet him about it, or would it be too mean? :rommie:

Travis was extremely frightened of small wooden crates, wool socks and pie tins, which resulted in an unjustifiably extreme fear of Trip's living quarters...which was filled with wooden crates, wool socks and pie tins. He wringed his hands incessantly with worry, as he knew that Trip had invited the crew over for meatsa and mai tais, and was fearful that his phobias would become known by the rest of the crew.

Trip : Why so nervous there, Travis? Here, hold this woollen sock - it will calm you down.
Travis: AAAAAAAAAH!

Travis's spy girlfriend journalist had to be specially implanted with a Travis recognition device so she could remember who her boyfriend was supposed to be.

Thankfully, Travis was recovering from a tragic case of halitosis. Though T'pol was quite remarkably fond of it. She also enjoyed Mayweather's witty banter, and his hobby of whittling small wooden figures in the likeness of well-known French authors. Travis was also an accomplished Hackey sack player; having played three years in the summer league at his local High School.

Thank you. This was the comment that had me laughing so hard that I came out of "lurker" status. I finally crawled out from under the rock I was hiding under.

Incidentally, I gave that rock to Travis so that he could hide...but then I realized he does such a good job of hiding in plain sight that he probably doesn't need it....except , he could always turn it into a "pet". He could name it D'Artanian. But he will be upset when D'Artanian won't play fetch. And he will be even more upset when he realizes D'Artanian is a better helmsman than he is.
