No problem Mage. To clarify, my issue wasn't that Picard couldn't suddenly have an interest in something new and off the wall as he got older. The issue I had was the specific thing he was interested in, based only on the fact that it was something Patrick Stewart himself likes, and that the character he plays would not, IMHO, and the fact that on numerous occasions it has been stated in Star Trek that wheeled ground vehicles are a thing of the past and no one would even know how to drive one if given the opportunity.
