DS9: Our Man Bashir. IMO the best of the holodeck episodes.

    Arguably, the nadir of TOS.

Shatner's performance is even more impressive to me now, knowing that his father had passed away when they were filming the episode.

    TOS: The Enterprise Incident

What became of the two Romulans beamed over as hostages for Kirk and Spock? It seems foolish for the Romulans to even agree to this, and apparently is only done so that Kirk can later disguise himself. I don't think they're mentioned again. At the end, the Romulan Commander is told she'll be dropped off at a Federation outpost-- for a week-long interrogation, no doubt-- but there's no mention of the earlier officers. Were they returned, or still aboard?
