What do nipples have to do with which came first?
It does seem intuitively that females came first but I would trust the opinion of an evolutionary biologist over my own. There must have been a period in evolution of sexual dimorphism where reproduction required two parents but anybody could mate with anyone, before they evolved to specialize one function or the other. So the question would be, which came first, males who couldn't be females or females who couldn't be males.
Although one might argue that since a male specialist can produce more offspring in the same period of time than a female specialist, that males might have specialized first, just because sexual dimorphism would have propagated faster than if females specialized first.
If that were the case, it would imply that female specialists evolved because male specialists killed other male specialists to root out competition.

I'm not sure what relevance a Biblical story has to this forum.
You kind of rushed over this pronouncement. What is the mechanism that the "evolution of the planet" could have played in getting our distant relatives out of hermaphroditism? Just a rough approximation will suffice, mind you.

The real question you should be asking yourself is this: does God have nipples? If God is a man, and God has nipples, and God created man in his own image, then it seems pretty obvious that males came first.
Who gave birth to God? Where is his belly button!?!?
In religious art, Adam and Eve are always shown with navels. Since man was created in God's image, it follows that God must have a navel. So the question is: Does God have an innie or an outie?
But WHY does God have a navel? And WHY does God have nipples?
Maybe when he created Eve, he was like, "Hey, these things aren't really doing anything. Maybe I should put them to use." Thus, mammary glands and umbilical cords were invented!
I'm a Roman Catholic and as for the specific issue of Eve's creation in the Genesis story, I was taught that her being taken from Adam's rib was more-or-less meant to represent how women were meant to be treated. It's not meant to be taken literally, when you do that, you let the air out of the balloon. The meaning behind these stories is often much more significant when you do. Adam's rib was chosen because it's near his heart, signifying that he was to love her and at his side, so he could protect her. It's not supposed to represent reality, at all. It's all symbolic. So, I wouldn't try using it to support any "which gender came first" argument, when it was never about that, really.

Just for the record, male breasts are smaller than female breasts but they are functioning, man can and do lactate when they're provided with the right hormones.
Many babies regardless of gender produce milk after birth because of the mother's hormones still being in their bodies.
So this once again proves that man evolved from woman.

Now if the genetic system of God was imbued to all of creation then why is it reversed in birds where the female has the xy and the male bird has the xx? Did God not create all of creation in his image?

Humans are a genetically engineered slave race who were created by a subterranean race of sentient reptiles that had evolved during the late Cretaceous epoch. Mammals were engineered to survive the coming asteroid impact while the reptile race went underground. They have periodically augmented human evolution to make them ready to be servants for the lizard race when they reclaim the surface.
