@Nyotarules I’ve had four gyros (authentic Greek gyros the kind I have not to this day found on the North American continent) and a souvlaki…in the past 2.5 days…I can feel my sodium levels rising. Tomorrow perhaps it’s time for some octopus in white wine…mwah, chef’s kiss. Or, strike that, tomorrow there’s a large outdoor produce market just outside town that I wanna visit and make myself a nice Greek salad. Maybe find some nice ripe, and ideally humongous, figs to dive into with zeal enough to make a nun sweat and gasp a prayer.
