Great news, TZ! Glad to hear that progress in the plumbing is being made. 
This update may be a bit TMI, but, you all already know that ever since the surgery, I've been having major bladder and bowel problems. So... the highlight of my day... probably the highlight of the month...
I used the toilet today for the first time in four months! I still have a long ways to go before everything is fully functional, as Data would say. But this is a huge step. Woohoo!
