Ziyal's Surgery Update

[Tora Ziyal]

Yesterday I was transferred to an acute rehabilitation facility! Expect to be here at least a week. I'm getting two hours of physical therapy and one hour of occupational therapy every day. In other words, they're working me hard.

Everyone says my recovery is awesome (It's scary that these hotshot docs are young enough to use that word as frequently as they do. lol). Emotionally, it's been really rough. I'm just coming out of a two-day emotional meltdown.

You all have no idea how much I appreciate and enjoy your support and your silliness.

It's actually good to have an emotional meltdown. Your body has been through a lot, so it does a real number on your body chemistry; it's good to let go of all that anxiety and stress, and just let it all out.
