Thanks Rincewiend! An impressive line up indeed.
here are mine:
Very nice! I've been leveling my KDF Romulan first. My Fed Romulan has not yet gotten to the alliance mission yet, so couldn't come to the starbase.
It was fun chatting with you guys yesterday. That's Thalara second from the right.
I kept the outfit...
And the purple of the Jem'Hadar impulse engine and shield fit the Romulan ships...
Awesome. Looking forwrard to being able to play more so I can see this stuff for myself. Also! I like to write stories about my chars in RPGs. Would these stories go in the "fanfic" forum, or the gaming one?
Paradise City. You will never find a more wretched hive of scum and villainy. We must be cautious!
-We don't server their kind here!
-Your android. he has to wait outside!
Felt like making a new KDF crew captained by a Cardassian this time.
I must say your Liberated Klingon Borg officer has a vaguely Giger-vibe to her.
It's her stock appearance, nothing to do with me.
It's the first time I've seen one, so that's probably it I think the silver hair really nails the comparison.
Spoiler: Even in an alternate timeline, MU.
Spoiler: I guess he only mostly blew himself up.
Spoiler: I think we might have a bit of a problem.
Spoiler: Escorts are supposed to be small? I guess no one told the Romulans.
Spoiler: Ghostbusting tech has come a long way since 1986.
Spoiler: Romulan ship design falls into the Bottomless Pit school of thought.
Spoiler: It seems a bit unsafe to be standing so close.
Spoiler: STO: Into Darkness
It's kinda disappointing how low-res the texture for Earth (and other planets) are. It's pretty bad when you are doing beauty shots at max settings, and the planet below is jaggy as all hell.
Personally, i think the planets just need to be a lot bigger and have a death zone atmosphere you can burn up up in before you reach the point where you actually notice the low rez surface.
I think Earth Spacedock map should have the Earth cover nearly the entire "bottom" to give a feeling of actual orbit and vastness.
Oh, I thought that was just because of my settings, 'good' to know that it's normal.
"Get me out of heeeeerrre!"
The devs have mentioned before that their graphics engine has a maximum size for all objects and they simply cannot render planets any larger than they currently are.
They could make it a partial planet or just paint it onto the skybox.
