you don't really need patience. Just do it 4 times. Winning the contest is easy, just pin the emote list and click on the different dance emotes when they get called, done in 15 seconds.
They actually did just that for the KDF mission 'Alpha' that was introduced a few months ago - the Dev who did it said it was a huge pain to get right though, so they don't know if they'd try something like that again..
i was worth iit though, and would rule for a busy myp like ESD.
Oh, I didn't realize you could pin the emotes up. I couldn't do it fast enough going through the menu every time.
Also you can use a chat command for emotes, if you type: /e dance you will get an autocomplete function and just pick the one you need.

Aaargh! I'd never heard of this game before! It looks magnificent, I must play it... Please tell me there's a Mac version...
I could tell you that, but it would be a lie. Windows only.
You can run it through wine I believe, I know alot of my friends play STO via MAC.. it's an unofficial way however the thread itself is stickied on PC technical support section of STO forums. Follow the procedures here and you can play it on your MAC:

Do note.. you will have random crashes and such.. in order to fully enjoy the game I suggest you install Windows on your MAC.
Thanks for the advice, but all that sounds too far outside my (very limited) technical skills for me to attempt.
I guess I can still enjoy all the cool screenshots though.
