Nothing that's really unusual. Some people may not like Conscience of the King on the list.
TOS:
1. Balance of Terror
2. The Doomsday Machine
3. Conscience of the King
4. City on the Edge of Forever
5. A Taste of Armageddon
6. Devil in the Dark
7. The Naked Time
8. Mirror, Mirror
9. Journey to Babel
10. Arena
I thought maybe I should say why I like them though they've been around so long, I'm sure people know. My list hasn't changed in 20 years or more.
1. BOT- Brinksmanship in the age of the cold war was a story that seemed it could be all too real. It may have less impact on newer viewers. I also enjoyed the indictment of racism and the portrayal of the Romulans.
2. DM- Fast paced, good characters, and neatly wrapped up with an analogy to modern nuclear war.
3. CTK- Shakespearean drama within a Shakespearean drama. This episode's plot is as timeless as The Bard's.
4. COTEF- Gut wrenching ending, operatic in scope.
5. ATOA- Really makes you think...
6. DITD- Turning preconception on its ear, this is what good SF does.
7. NT- Principally rate this high for it's dramatic elements..revealing characters through SF trappings.
8. M, M- Seemingly simple, fun transposition, but with some conceptually interesting philosophy, especially towards the ending.
9. JTB- Learning about the workings of the UFP is fun, something I'd have like to have seen more of. Learning about Spock, also cool.
10. Arena- Duels are often provocative, Trek does the theme one better, by denying the usual conclusion.
