Today I bought X-Files Season 7.

I received an email earlier in the day from Amazon stating that they have posted my copy of Supernatural Season 5. Unfortunately it will take about 2 weeks for it to reach me :(

I am still waiting for my copy of Lost Season 6 to arrive. Hopefully it will arrive tomorrow or Friday.

Yesterday I received a book in the mail. It was "Under the Glacier" by Halldor Laxness.
 
Yesterday I passed by Game and I got Red Dead Redemption for the Xbox, turning in three old games that I wasn't playing anymore, so it ended up being not too expensive at all.

Then I purchased Lair of the Shadow Broker via XboxLive and played through it this morning.

Wow. Best DLC thus far. :cool:

We walked up there on Monday evening and ordered the Caramel Macchi something-or-other. The guy made it totally wrong and i was sooo disappointed. (I hadn't tried it until we walked far enough that it wasn't worth walking back for). Megabummer. :(
 
The caramel macchiato (iced) can be fun, as the cream is heavier than the coffee and they never mix it... though I generally find the chai tea to be my favorite. Iced or hot.

Last thing I bought? Fro-yo for myself and some friends Monday night. Good times.
 
After more than three years of faithful service, my Xbox died this afternoon :( , so I had to go and get a new one.
I got a second hand 360 Elite that came in a bundle deal with Toy Story 3 (the game, not the movie).
 
I bought my Mom "The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo" in paperback, and the DVD to go with it, for her birthday.

I also picked up a small reading lamp for 9.99 and an alarm clock for $24.99 (it also plays the "nature sounds"---both from Target.

OH, and the little neighbor girl hit me up for school fundraiser. :lol: So, I coughed up a check for 18 bucks worth of gift wrap. I can't say no to that kid.
 
I ordered the Star Trek: TOS 365 book and several more Agent Pendergast novels. It all arrives tomorrow! :D

I was also forced to buy something that I have dreaded purchasing since I passed 30... nose hair trimmers. :( I can deal with the wrinkles and the greys but all this extra hair moving in is almost more than I can stand. *sob*

Had it my Amazon shopping cart for about 9months. It finally dropped in price from $100 to $40, then I used a $5 discount so each episode only costs me $1.30.
Go to say I'm pretty happy about waiting it out.

The Adventures of Brisco County Jr. was recommended to me by Amazon. I hadn't heard of it and looked through the reviews and put in on my wish list. I looked to see if it was on BigPond movies (similar to Netflix) but they don't have it. Now I have to decide whether I should buy it without having seen a single episode.

^It's fun, and has Bruce Campbell, but it's very silly. It's similar in tone to Hercules:TLJ (only set in the Old West) but more light-hearted.
